Biography:
Jade Dussart-Gautheret received her PhD on phosphorus chemistry under the supervision of Prof. Marc Lecouvey at the Université Sorbonne Paris Nord. She did her first postdoctoral position in the Prof. B.H Lipshutz Group at University of California Santa Barbara. Her researches focused on merging chemo-catalysis with bio-catalysis, where both types of reactions are utilized in the common medium: water. She came back in France for a second postdoctoral position in the Prof. Fensterbank Group at Sorbonne Université. Her research focused on photooxidation of unnatural chiral amino acids with a silicate unit for the generation of carbon radicals (radical processes and dual catalysis photoredox/Nickel). She joined the University Côte d’Azur in 2022 in the Bioactive Molecules Team headed by Dr. Benhida as assistant professor. Her researches focuses on three areas: phosphorus chemistry, medicinal chemistry and chemo-biology.
